We are now looking for a machine tool operator for our client in the Vaasa region.

Work description

• Being an operator of an operating machine and a cutting machine
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Selecting and preparing the appropriate equipment and material
• Adjusting the machine tool settings and configuring the settings
• Quality control of finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment and weekly maintenance
  
• Cooperating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
  
  
  We require

• English or Finnish language skills at communication level
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Self-motivation and ability to work shifts
• Previous experience as an operator or knowledge of machine tools
• Skills in various welding techniques and cutting
• Knowledge of different types of metal
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
