Dobra's mission is to simplify the workday for entrepreneurs in both staffing and recruitment, as well as in administration. We aim to free up time for entrepreneurs so that they can focus on their core business.
We achieve this, among other things, by helping companies find workers like you. Accommodation
We can assist our employees in finding accommodation, which we furnish completely. We can also rent out a room in one of our employee residences. In that case, you will have your own fully furnished room but share the kitchen and bathroom.

We can assist you in planning your trip from start to finish and provide advice on how to travel from your current address to your new work apartment.

Work Commuting
We can provide a bicycle for commuting to and from work. Additionally, we can rent a car at a fixed monthly cost if you prefer that.

The motivation and knowldedge of the people we hire is more importnat to us than location. The best for us, is if the worker applies from Finland, as we do not need to fix accomondation or registreations etc. But we hire many people from outher EU countries as the process is easy and fast compared to outside eu. Then we help the worekrs with all practical stuff so they can have a place to live, a way to get to Finland, and a way to get to work etc.

Dobra offers both staffing and recruitment services to its clients.
Staffing
Dobra is the employer, and companies hire workers for short- or long-term needs. After 8 months, the client company has the option to directly hire the employee.
Recruitment
Dobra handles the recruitment, but the final employer is the end client, while we assist in the recruitment process.
