We are seeking a motivated and skilled Design Engineer to join our client companies’ teams. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing products/systems in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. These tasks provide an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects and enhance the quality and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop products/systems from start to finish.

• Prepare technical drawings and documentation.

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

• Participate in product development projects and contribute to new solutions and innovations.

• Maintain quality control and adhere to standards throughout the design process.

We Expect from You:

• Relevant technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.

• 2-4 years of experience in design roles within a similar environment.

• Proficiency with the following software:

• e.g., E3D, CAD software, ETAP, Revit

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluency in Finnish or English; Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
