Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join the teams of our various client companies. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of various electrical systems and components in our projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components according to project requirements and industry standards.

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.

• Perform analysis and simulations to validate designs and ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to seamlessly integrate electrical designs.

• Participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise and recommendations.

• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the product development process.

• Stay updated with industry developments and leverage best practices in design.

We Expect from You:

• Relevant technical education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Electrical Engineering.

• 1-3 years of experience in electrical systems design and implementation, preferably in marine, electrical, water, or energy industries.

• Experience with the following software:

• EPLAN Electric P8

• AutoCAD Electrical

• Siemens TIA Portal

• MATLAB/Simulink

• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in either Finnish or English; Swedish is considered an advantage.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience with renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power.

• Knowledge of process and automation systems.

• Experience in marine, water, and energy industry electrical systems and standards.

Employment can be through Dobra Finland initially or directly via a client-provided employment contract.
