We are looking for a CNC Lathe Operator for our client company in the Jakobstad area

Are you meticulous, curious, and enjoy working with high precision? Do you have experience with Fanuc control systems and want to grow in the field of CNC turning? Then you might be the one we’re looking for!

About the Position

We are looking for a CNC lathe operator for serial production, with the ambition to work long-term with us. You will work with modern CNC lathes, mainly using Fanuc control systems, in an environment where quality and precision are key.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC lathes, mainly for serial production
• Read and work from technical drawings
• Measure and inspect components to ensure quality
• Actively contribute to improvements in the production process

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has at least 2 years of experience in CNC turning, preferably with Fanuc control systems (3-axis / 4-axis)
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Is detail-oriented and responsible
• Speaks Swedish, Finnish, or English
• Has a willingness to learn and develop in the role
• Is open-minded, collaborative, and enjoys working in a team
• Wants to build a long-term career with us
